Lower Priced Offers: 

Within 14 days, if a customer has purchased an item from CSCparts.ca that is now offered at a lower price due to a price adjustment, we will refund the difference of the price for the customer in the form of online credit.

Important: This does not apply to discounted items sold during Boxing Week, Black Friday and Cyber Monday events. 

Return Policy: 

Control packs, spas, pumps, spa covers/skins, topsides, wavezones, heaters, restored items and circuit boards are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns only valid with confirmed RMA number. Item must be returned at buyers cost. Customer subject to restocking fee of 10% the original cost of the item if the item is deemed unsellable as new. Product may only be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items that were refused upon delivery will NOT be refunded.
