Pipe cutter, used for cutting PVC up to 1.25 inch diameter, Polyethylene Pipe up to 1.5 inch diameter, and Rubber Hose or Flex Tubing up to 2.5 inch diameter(when blade is walked through the pipe, see video below for demonstration).
